Our production facility manufactures a comprehensive range of custom sportswear and athletic wear across every major sport and fitness category. Our Production Facility
Our factory in Pakistan operates with a team of 50 to 100 skilled production staff — pattern makers, sublimation technicians, stitching operators, quality controllers, and finishing specialists who work on every order that comes through our doors.

Full Sublimation Printing Our primary and most popular production method. Sublimation printing bonds colour permanently into the fabric at a molecular level — meaning designs, gradients, and photographic detail are reproduced across the full surface of every garment with zero risk of cracking, peeling, or fading over time. Unlimited colours, unlimited complexity, no setup fees per colour. This is the method we use for the majority of our sportswear production.
Screen Printing For orders requiring bold, flat-colour designs on standard garments, screen printing delivers sharp, high-opacity results at competitive cost. Best suited for simple logos and text-based designs on performance tops, hoodies, and training wear.
Embroidery For premium branded garments where texture and dimension matter — polos, tracksuits, training jackets, and corporate sportswear — embroidery adds a level of craftsmanship that printed alternatives cannot match. We run multi-head embroidery machines capable of handling complex logo digitisation and consistent reproduction across large order quantities.
Heat Transfer & Vinyl For specific applications requiring precision placement of names, numbers, or sponsor logos onto finished garments, heat transfer and vinyl methods give clean, durable results without disrupting base fabric construction.

OEKO-TEX certification means every fabric we use in production has been tested and verified free from harmful substances, allergens, and prohibited chemicals. This is not a marketing claim. It is an independently audited certification that our clients in Europe, Australia, and North America increasingly require from their manufacturing partners.

Every order placed with Fitmanpro includes a free design service. Our in-house design team works from your brief — whether that is a detailed design file, a rough sketch, a reference image, or simply a written description of what you have in mind — and produces a full digital mockup before any production begins.
You see exactly how your garment will look on every panel, in every colour, with every logo and branding detail placed precisely where you need it. Production only begins once you have approved the mockup. Revisions are included at no charge until you are completely satisfied.
This is not a courtesy — it is a production standard. It protects your order from mistakes and protects our production from misaligned expectations. We have refined this process over five years of manufacturing for clients across dozens of countries, and it is one of the reasons our repeat order rate is as high as it is.
